We have had Espinoza do interior and exterior painting for us. On the basis on an outstanding interior job and their high profile exterior work in Oak Park, we accepted their bid to repaint our home, we included stripping 80% of the house to bare wood.

I will have to say that I'm disappointed in a lack of follow-through on their alleged warranty. 2 years after we've had some paint peel. Not terrible, and probably not unexpected given that it's on a southern exposure. But after repeated promises over 2 years of coming to do the work, we just gave in and did it ourselves.

I had the chance to recommend Espinoza to a neighbor looking for a painter for a substantial project and I had to say that I couldn't recommend them any longer.
